Sunday Services: weekly at 10:30 a.m., and on the first Sunday of every month a second service in Portuguese which meets at Noon. Sao Todos Bem-vindos.
Sunday School: Our Sunday School meets at the same time as our English service and welcomes students up to the age of 20.
Wednesday Testimony Meetings: weekly at 7:30 p.m.
Childcare: Care for infants and those too young for Sunday School is available in our Children's Room during all our services.
Our Pastor: Our church has no ordained clergy. In 1895, Mary Baker Eddy, who discovered and founded Christian Science, ordained as Pastor both the Bible and her book, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, which opens up the Bible in its application to all human needs.
Our Sunday Service provides an opportunity to meet together in fellowship as well as an opportunity for individual inspiration, reflection, and worship.
The service includes hymn singing, organ and vocal music, silent prayer and praying together the Lord's Prayer aloud.
These are followed by a lesson sermon made up of selections from our pastor, the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures. The weekly lesson sermon read in our church is the same sermon read in Christian Science churches in over 70 countries around the world and is studied by Christian Scientists during the week.
If you are new to our services, we hope you will introduce yourself to an usher who can help you get a copy of that week's lesson sermon.
Our Wednesday meetings include hymns, prayer and selected readings from the Bible and Christian Science textbook. Those in attendance then have the opportunity to share informally testimonies of healing and inspiration gained through the study of Christian Science.
The Founder of Christian Science defines Church as an "institution which affords proof of its utility" through healing and lives transformed. Our Wednesday meetings provide a chance to share these proofs as well as a welcome mid-week lift.
If you are unable to attend in person, you can you can attend our meeting live via the internet or dial-in. Please contact our Reading Room in advance to get the online link or dial
